And to those of us for whom Twitter’s plea­sures were as much to do with ambi­ent inti­ma­cy, per­son­al con­nec­tions and play as they were to do with pro­fes­sion­al suc­cess the­atre, celebri­ty and break­ing news, this is a real, felt loss: socia­bil­i­ty mat­ters.
